A representative from our team will reach out to you within 24 hours for an initial intake. From there, we will match you with a psychotherapist tailored to your needs.

Customised Therapy
Prices Vary

Following the initial consultation, one of our psychotherapists will reach out to arrange the initial session. You will be provided with a secure, private Skype or Zoom link. A standard session lasts 50 minutes.

Ongoing Therapy

Once you and your therapist get to know one another, you may find that weekly sessions are helpful. Your therapist will work with you to determine what works best for you.
