A wellness coach is a professional who helps people make progress in their lives in order to attain greater fulfilment. Wellness coaches aid their clients in improving their relationships, careers, and day-to-day lives.

Couples Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that can help you are your partner improve your relationship by addressing a wide range of relationship issues: recurring conflicts, disconnection, an affair sex-related issues, etc.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): EFT focuses on improving the attachment and bonding between you and your partner. The therapist helps you understand and change patterns that lead to feelings of disconnection.
Gottman method: This method involves addressing areas of conflict and equipping you and your partner with problem-solving skills. It aims to improve the quality of friendship and the level of intimacy between you and your partner.
Behavioural therapy: Also known as behavioural couples therapy (BCT), this form of therapy involves shaping behaviour by reinforcing positive behaviours that promote stability and satisfaction, while discouraging behaviours that foster negativity.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Also referred to as cognitive behavioural couples therapy (CBCT), this form of therapy involves identifying and changing thought patterns that negatively influence behaviour.

Family therapy involves working with a family unit to help an individual within the family resolve specific issues. Family therapists help a family understand and work through patterns of negative behaviour that may cause underlying problems.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, or also known as CBT treats dysfunctional thinking that leads to maladaptive behaviours, mental illness, and negative emotion. It focuses on thoughts and behaviours. This type of therapy is often used to treat individuals with Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, and much more.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a talking therapy that's been developed to help people who are struggling with trauma. EMDR helps the brain reprocess memories of the traumatic event so the negative images, emotions and physical feelings they cause have less impact.

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) uses a problem solving and acceptance-based framework — among other strategies — usually to treat severe and chronic mental health conditions, including: borderline personality disorder, suicidal ideation, self-harming, eating disorders and PTSD.

Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) is a “Talk Therapy” that helps individuals struggling with mental health difficulties identify and address problems in their relationships with their partner, their relatives, and their friends.

Emotion-focused therapy (EFT) focuses on building awareness of emotions and regulating and resolving them. EFT encourages people to work on their emotions rather than suppressing them.

Cognitive analytic therapy (CAT) focuses on relationship patterns. It is based on the idea that our early life experiences influence the way we relate to other people and how we treat ourselves. This means that sometimes patterns of behaviour, or our expectations of other people’s behaviour, can develop into unhealthy or unhelpful repeating patterns, as well as those that are healthy and helpful.

Mindfulness-based therapies (MBCT) help you focus on your thoughts and feelings as they happen, moment by moment. MBCT combines mindfulness techniques like meditation and breathing exercises with cognitive therapy, which is about learning how to manage your thoughts and how they make you feel.
