Originally from Portugal but lived for almost a decade overseas. Health and wellness have always been a priority in my life. My career started in marketing and business management. Still, the monotonous work, long hours, and poor work culture made me think of a career change to follow my real passions: Health and Fitness.
For a few years now, I have been in the wellness industry as an Integrative Nutrition and Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Personal Trainer. The feeling of teaching and inspiring people to improve their health gives my life a purpose. My sessions combine mind and body practices.
