Philosophy
“I strongly believe that everybody, regardless of difference, deserves to live an authentic and fulfilling life. I take a non-medicalised view of emotional distress and believe that distress is a normal response to adverse experiences and the types of environments we live/lived in. I believe that people are the expert of themselves and help people gain self-awareness and a sense of empowerment to develop healthy ways to overcome life’s challenges and destructive patterns”.
