Approach

Sarah is passionate about supporting individuals to explore and express many different types of feelings and experiences. She believes each person is unique and individual, therefore, she tailors’ sessions to find the right approach for each person using verbal, non-verbal and creative ways.  She can work both directly when exploring a difficulty or through an indirect approach such as metaphor which can help provide distance when exploring things that might feel threatening.

Sarah is empathic, compassionate and strives to provide individuals with a space in which their voice can be heard and validated. Sarah recognises the importance of building a positive therapeutic relationship and always aims to support individuals in their therapeutic journey at their own pace.
